Hello again and sorry

Hi everyone. I wanted to tell you all hello and that I am sorry that I haven't posted for a few weeks. It has been an exciting time......and I have had lots of things happen. First and foremost, my computer took a dive and I finally jsut got it back after over a week of waiting. I have been to a funeral, and helped a friend through the loss of her mother just 4 days before Christmas. I finally got my car back and I am enjoying the little freedom that I get with it. We are on break from school for the holidays, and I am enjoying that. Too bad that it has gone so fast. I only have a few more days before we start again. I have held steady with a total weight loss for this round at 16.5 lbs. Not what I had hoped, but not so bad either. Not a lot else happening. Every time we turn around there is another challenge that we are having a hard time overcoming, but we are plugging along and best of all, I am still smiling.

Hello

I know it has been a few days since I last posted. I finally got my car back, and then Brenndan's went out. This has been amazing with everything that has gone wrong in the last few months. But I am still smiling and I know that we will make it through. I am down almost 12lbs. not as fast as I wanted to lose, but losing none the less. With it getting close to Christmas, and all the parties and celebrations going on, it is hard to stay on course and behave. I am doing ok with it. I hope things are well with everyone.

Day 2

Day 2 of vlcd and all is well. I am down 1.5lbs this morning. I didn't start on Thanksgiving day like I wanted to, but I did get it started on Friday. I went shopping with my sister on Friday. It was fun. Then we had family pictures done with all of us kids and our parents. I have wanted a family picture done for quite sometime. We finally did it. There was a lot of grumbling from the men in the family, but dad just told them that it needed to be done. I'm happy.
Lowell still hasn't found a job, but he has a few little things to do that are keeping him busy. Brenndan and his girlfriend broke up, and so I am seeing more of him than I have in quite some time, and he is finally starting to be the sweet young man that he used to be. I sure missed him. I still don't have my car back. I am hoping that I will get it this week.
I had better run, I am getting dinner ready for my guys.......
