Hello all, just checking in today. I didn't do so well this week. I stayed the same weight, but I had a lot of extra stress hit this week. I just didn't care. My uncle died, and I have another relative in the hospital with pneumonia. On top of not feeling well myself. I had bronchitis a few weeks back and I still am not feeling the best. I have not really gotten over it. Mostly I am just tired, but my body just feels run down and not coping well. everyone at the office is also sick and that doesn't help. Just am looking forward to spring, and warmer weather.
